For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders.  And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  Isaiah 9:6.

God has provided a way . . .

To Counsel me

For to us a child is born and he will be called Wonderful Counselor…

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are – yet was without sin.  Hebrews 4:15

To Empower me

And he will be called … Mighty God.

His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him.  2 Peter 1:3.

To Adopt me

And he will be called … Everlasting Father.

He predestined us to be adopted as his sons [and daughters] through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will.  Ephesians 1:5.

To give me Peace

And he will be called … the Prince of Peace.

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Romans 5:1.
